This is a video I made a little while back.  The skaters and I worked super hard on this.  Give it a watch!

So when I first heard about this contest, I immediately knew who I wanted to film. I had seen Oscar, Frank, and Xavier skating before and I knew they were some of the best street skaters in the area. They all did their own thing, and had fun on their boards. So the decision was easy.

While filming with them I came to the realization that these weren’t just everyday skaters, but some of the coolest and most interesting people I had ever met. The honestly don’t care what people think about them at all, which is pretty rare in today’s world.

Maybe I’m biased, maybe I’m not. But I think these three guys are the best skaters in Arizona. Not necessarily because of their skating, but their over all personalities make them a step above everyone else.

After filming for a while, I stopped caring about the competition, and just had fun. That’s how I wanted to portray skateboarding in this video: going out and having fun with your friends.
